International Returns Policy

Items purchased on our website can be returned for a full refund under our refund policy (please be aware that this is not the normal policy of our stores) provided that you have first notified us by e-mail a returns number will then be issued if we are contacted within 7 days of the purchase and the goods are then returned in a re-sellable condition and treated with reasonable care, which is at our discretion, with any price tickets still attached.

Please note that we cannot refund any cost for postage that you may have paid, or pay to return the item unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item is deemed to be faulty.

We cannot guarantee a replacement in all circumstances but endeavour to do our best.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights including your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of our providing you with written confirmation of your order or receipt of goods, whichever is the later, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

For your own protection when returning any items, we suggest that you use Recorded Delivery and keep the tracking number safe until we are in receipt of the goods, as we will not issue refunds for any items that fail to reach us. Your statutory rights are not affected. We aim to refund all returned items within three days of receipt.

Reasonable care
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.

  • You can open the packaging to look at and try on the Products as you would in our store.
  • Shoes must not be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole.
  • Tags should not be removed from any item.
  • The original packaging should be retained.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the Products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us.

Returning a faulty item
As we are a family run business, our emphasis is on quality service and goods. It is of the highest importance that every item be checked before dispatch. Should a fault be discovered, the item must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS.
