Parcelforce 48 hour will be used to make deliveries within the UK at a flat rate cost of £4.95. As a introductory offer we will post free of charge all orders over £150.00. A signature will be required for this service.
** If you are not at home (or there is no one to accept the order at requested delivery address) when your order is delivered, a card is left for you to collect it from a local Post Office. If any order is returned to us uncollected, an extra delivery charge will be applicable for re-delivery.
** If you choose a delivery address different to the invoice address (e.g. a work address where the delivery can be signed for by anyone at the address), we are not responsible if the order is signed for by someone else and it goes astray. Therefore proof of delivery to the address with a signature taken by the person who delivered the order is proof that the order has been successfully delivered.
Parcelforce aim to deliver within 48 hours although goods can arrive within 24 hours. If you would like guaranteed 24 hour delivery we are also able to offer this service within the UK at a flat rate cost of £6.50

We aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days although most items are dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday). Any orders received on weekends, Public and Bank Holidays will leave us the next working day.
Remote and non mainland areas may take longer or be more expensive or delivery. If this is the case we will e-mail you and request authority before dispatching. |
